Return Policy

 Items Eligible for Return 

Most items purchased on https://paulrangers.com/ are eligible for return  provided that they are shipped back to Paul Ranger within 14 days of the item's delivery date and received in their original condition, all tags affixed and packaging included.
Should a customer refuse delivery of their order from a shipping courier, they will not be eligible for a refund. 

Domestic Return 

To initiate a return send an e mail at paulrangeractivewear@gmail.com  with the following information:

• The name(s) of the item(s) you wish to return
• The email used to place the original order
• The order number
• The reason for your return 

If your return is eligible, we will provide you with a return shipping label. 

If you do not see a refund applied to your original form of payment within 7 business days from processing of your return, we recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company for further assistance.

 We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we charge a returns processing fee of 6.95 per return order and  we do not refund back shipping , taxes or duties.
